The Chief Commercial Officer plays a critical part in ensuring the commercial success of the company. The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for developing and overseeing the group commercial strategy, working across multiple business units and engaging with senior leaders to develop commercial strategies that achieve budgetary targets.

As our Chief Commercial Officer its essential that you are driven, determined, proactive and resilient. You will need to effectively engage with, support and challenge colleagues of all levels to achieve your objectives while acting positively in line with our cultural values and ethos.
Its essential that you have experience and a proven track record in a similar role at a senior level. Experience within the insurance sector is desirable but not essential, as is experience within an FCA regulated financial services company.
You’ll be required to know how to evaluate our commercial strengths and weaknesses and how to create and implement a sound commercial strategy You will also need knowledge of how to market our products and services effectively and how to develop a customer value proposition. The right person may not necessarily possess and in-depth knowledge of insurance products and distribution and claims initially, but will be required to get up to speed reasonably quickly.
