Giving back

Social responsibility is more than just a corporate commitment for us.

We support grass-roots charities through sharing our profits, and actively encourage our team to volunteers in the community.

Here’s what we have been up to recently

My Happy Minds

My Happy Mind help Primary Schools, Nurseries, and families to create a positive mental wellbeing culture in which children build resilience, self-esteem, and character.

Thanks to our new collaboration with My Happy Minds, we will be able to help 1000 local school children with critical emotional resilience support.

Rollout of this incredible program has now begun at 15 local schools.

Clubhouse Gibraltar

Founded in November 2018; The Pukka Insure Trust have been supporting Clubhouse Gibraltar and are currently trying to help the organisation find sponsors and cash for the refurbishment of their new premises.

The Trust also arranged a reverse advent calendar. We asked families/children to donate a toy/gift or to do a good deed every day for those less fortunate in our midst.

Through this project, The Trust managed to ensure no child went without a toy at Christmas and raised £11,500 in supermarket vouchers for families in need over the festive period.

The Pukka Insure Trust continue to work with Clubhouse and Nazareth House as well as Women in Need.

Sponsored Sleep out

In 2018, 10 members of our team took part in a sponsored sleep out, raising £1530.

Over the year, 15 members of staff have volunteered with the Booth Centre using our Timebank Scheme and the Group have donated £1500 toward the costs of running the centre. In November 2019 another 18 members of our team took part in the annual sleepout and have raised over £4000 for Booth Centre
